At BharathGo Cabs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure a seamless experience for all our users.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances

  • Driver not showing up after booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations due to system errors or technical glitches.
  • Duplicate ride bookings or payment charged multiple times.
  • Overcharged fare due to app-related errors or incorrect fare calculation.

Refund Initiation Process

  • Users must raise a refund request through the BharathGo mobile application or customer support within 24 hours of the incident.
  • Relevant details such as ride ID, payment proof, and issue description must be provided for verification.
  • Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or credited to the user’s BharathGo wallet.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Ride cancellation by the user after the driver is assigned or in transit.
  • Incorrect pickup or drop-off location entered by the user.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond BharathGo’s control.
  • Ride dissatisfaction not caused by BharathGo or the driver.
